I read somewhere that you can tell if your SA is authentic by looking at the bracelet, and that it will have "date of birth" and "model number" stenciled somewhere. Is this true? If so, where on the bracelet will I find that? If I don't see those two things, does this mean I got duped into buying a fake?Assuming that I got a real one, I'm interested in getting a leather band for the watch so I can switch it up once in awhile. Kevin - I saw the Avanti Catalog link in the Orbita newsletter:orbita/NEW/images/Avanti_Catalog.pdfIt looks as though the Avanti 3, 6, and 12 models are offered in a different color of wood than the 24, 36, and 48 models. Is that the case?The wood color of the larger models looks more red toned to my eye, which would work MUCH better with my bedroom furnishings.
