Zenith Zenith 7066 wrist watches news:
In 1983, Casio launched its first G-Shock watch, a product that reinvented the image of the digital wristwatch and, with its unprecedented shock-resistant case, revolutionized watch case design as well. This year, the Japanese brand kicks off a year-long celebration of its most iconic timepiece leading up to the G-Shock’s 30th anniversary in 2013. The first wave, introduced at Casio’s “Shock the World” event in New York last week, is a quintet of limited-edition models in some of the most popular G-Shock styles (“the best-selling styles over the past 30 years,” according to Casio America chairman and CEO Shigenori Itoh), all sporting distinctive red gloss or matte red finishes. Identifying each of these new watches as an anniversary piece is a special caseback with an engraved 30th anniversary logo designed by graffiti artist Eric Haze. The most noteworthy (and most expensive) piece in the anniversary collection is a version of the popular Frogman mod

I bought this 14k gold Longines watch at an estate sale about twenty years ago and recently became curious about it. Did an internet search to try to id the model and year - with no success. The watch is in its original presentation case, appears to have the original leather band and is in overall spectacular condition. Does anyone here have any thoughts on what model/year it might be? I am guessing late 40s There is one just like it for sale on eBay ($850 OBO) with replacement band and no case - but they don't give much info on the watch. Thanks for any help!ERIC

So the Daytona C is a fantastic watch. Had it with a black dial, which in my eyes was missing some contrast (or something) to make it even a little legible. The ¡°Polar Daytona¡± is a whole other ball game, and could become a keeper-until-the-ref116519LN is within reach :-)Now, my SD 116600 is on its natural born bracelet, I want to be able to put my Daytona on a strap.I got the great Smarty End Links, but any ideas on straps (and clasps and/ or buckle!?)Here is some of my attemps so far:Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
