Fun watches for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics from Swiss Swatch. These seasonal watches are pretty neat - for the occasion. Here is a mini review of the trio. Each has a function aside from being Olympics related, that is except the "Sporty Friends" watch, which has an image of the Vancouver Olympics cartoon mascots. Back to that in a moment. Schierwater & Lloyd Waltham Trench Watch
Hi folks,This is one of my first posts in this forum so please forgive me if I make any silly mistakes. I wanted to share with you all a unique waltham wire lug watch that has recently come into my possession. As you can see it has a red 12 Schierwater & Lloyd dial, a 0 size 9k gold dennison case, and a Lady Waltham movement. The odd thing about this watch is that the movement predates the case by 16 years, with the movement and case dating to 1905 and 1921 respectively. Hello I have a Breitling Skyland Avenger on order (should recieve tomorrow :D) and I was looking for a new watch winder. I am interested in the Orbita Sparta One Tesla Cherry. However I was looking at there guide and the Skyland Avenger requires a CW 800 turns rotation. Will the tesla work for this?If not what would you recommend for a winder in that price range ($125)?
