- looks nice, but strap is thin and too even for my wrist which is fairly . But it is comfortable. The reflections on glass makes it hard to read in low or bright light.

- excellent duct at a bargain price. It has a large face and keeps perfect time. The strap is not high end but is adquate and looks attractive.

Last week, the winners of the 2014 Watchstars Awards were announced, as selected by an international committee of experts. The Watchstars Awards are international watch awards, intended to honor ¡°the best watches of the world¡± in different categories.?This was Watchstars¡¯ inaugural year. There were five categories, each with one winner.Watchstars was created by Ebner Publishing Group, a German company that owns numerous watch publications in Europe, the Americas, Asia and the Middle East. (WatchTime is one of Ebner¡¯s holdings.)The Watchstars committee consists of 44 experienced watch specialists from around the world. Among them are Joe Thompson, Norma Buchanan and Mark Bernardo of WatchTime. More information on the jury is available here.Significantly, watch manufacturers are not allowed to submit watches to the competition: only committee members can nominate and vote. All watches are eligible, regardless of the brand, its size or its country of origin. Watchstars was established to
Soccer (football) teams (clubs) from around the world will compete for about a month in various cities around Brazil from June 12-July 13, 2104 during the 2014 FIFA World Cup games. One of the most watched sports event around the world, the 2014 World Cup may easily break worldwide viewing records and will have a minimum of about 600 million to well over a billion viewers. That is a lot of eyes, and watch brands both mainstream and luxury are doing their part to be a part of the Brazil World Cup action.Rather than discuss all the competing World Cup soccer teams, watches-dealer will explore the major watch brands competing for viewer attention, and identify who they are backing, be it player or team.HublotSponsoring: Official watch of the 2014 FIFA World CupSpecial 2014 World Cup Watch Models: Big Bang UNICO FIFA WC Official WatchApproximate Average Brand Price Range: $20,000 - $40,000BulovaSponsoring: Bulova is the official timekeeper and watchmaking partner of Manchester United (Engl
The Seagull 1963 is one of the more intriguing watches to come out, or rather be re-released, in a little while. It got a lot of attention from watch forums and fashion blogs because, simply, it's a great looking and affordable watch with authentic vintage styling that refers to non-Swiss watch-making history. Sure, if you are a watch-nerd, you are probably aware of the Seagull brand as a major manufacturer of movements and watches (including tourbillons), but you also most likely don't own one. The movement in your watch probably comes from ETA, Ronda, Miyota or Seiko (yes, making big generalizations, but wait for the point). Yet, Seagull, or Tianjin Seagull, is one of the 4 (sometimes said 3) largest watch manufacturers currently in business.? But, in the US at least, you wont find Seagull brand at your local jewelry shop, in big department stores or at most on-line retailers; at least, not in the open.Case: Polished StainlessMovement: Seagull ST19 19 Jewel chronographDial: Antique s
I have a 2008 Chrono Cockpit, all steel, turquoise dial, (A13358). Wondering how many were made and how much I could expect if I sold or traded. I want to purchase a Montbrillant Datora in steel.
TRF...I bought a 3 watch set that includes a TTSub Blue, SD43, and YM2 SS...I’m really digging my SD43 as my daily wearer and surprisingly get tons of compliments on it.I really want a PM Rolex but I will not shell out more cash until I can buy one cash with ease. The Sky Dweller Gold on Gold is speaking to me. I love it’s many functions. Since the other two aren’t getting as much wrist time I’m thinking of selling them and getting the 18K Skydwelled...So I’d have my daily wearer in the SD43 and my big timer semi-daily/special event PM watch in the other.Thoughts?
