I'm wondering why many vintage watches costs a lot of money. Is it just because collectors want it or is it because those kind of watches were of limited supply? I particularly liked the swiss ladies watches and was looking on ebay to get the price range for brands like Oris or Omega. I found this listing which is an ELOGA Swiss Watch thats valued at $2mil. According to the listing its been in a private collection for more than 40 years and is up for sale now. I'm guessing that its at that price because its a rare item or its because its made from solid gold and has diamonds on it?
