- dont wear this everyday and expect it to last. the canvas band turned funky after a few months and it became a hassle to put it on. stick with the leather or steel bands.

cgi.ebay/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWAX:ITIf you notice the pictures, there is a silver looking ring around the hesalite crystal. I've seen many Speedmasters but this is the first. I've contacted the seller and he told me that the crystal was previously polished and the reflections changed. Does anyone have any insight on this? Any input is greatly appreciated.
Hello, Ever since seeing a picture of the Speedmaster From the Moon to Mars edition I am really wanting one. Can you guys post some pictures of your Moon to Mars watches? I would really like to see one on a leather strap! I am a newb when it comes to Omegas so please execuse my ignorance! Does the speedmaster pro series come with a leather strap on any of the models? Thanks in advance!
Been away from the forums for a bit to get unplugged (if there is such a thing) for a family vacation to Hawaii. Truly enjoyed Hawaii and got to visit Oahu and Maui. Truly beautiful place with stunning scenery everywhere and amazing beaches, which kept me away from the internet for the most part, but of course I had to try and check out some watches while I was there Very happy that I was able to check out some models that aren't available where I live, and the places I visited was more than friendly. So I thought I'd share some of my photos and hope you enjoy. Majority of content is Patek so decided to post it in this sub-forum, but mods, please feel free to move the thread if there is somewhere more appropriate.I was jet lagged when I arrived so what better way to start off the trip than to head out to the beach at dawn?I decided to go with my trusty G-Shock for this trip and it definitely survived everything I threw at it We hiked up Diamond Head and was rewarded with a great view
I've recently joined the Panerai family and have what I think is an awesome 121. It is about 11 years old and looks pretty damn good. The two problems I have with it are that it loses about a minute a day and the top chronograph button is very hard to push. Now I know people are much more likely to complain about a problem than praise good or excellent service, but I am a little leery of sending my watch to Ft Worth (unlike my recent good experiences with RSC Dallas). So I can't find much about satisfaction with alternatives like Govbergs in Philly. They seem to handle practically all makes and models. And with this being an El Primero movement, the fact that they also are Zenith ADs is comforting. Any advice would be appreciated.
