because I actually don't mind the strap that came on the 2998. I just got it, and I promise I will stop asking about and talking about 2998 Speedmasters now. (for at least a few months) It is just as stated, and I'm very pleased with it. Here are a couple of photos, but you'll note no the strap remains for now. I'll probably change it to black leather. The real choice will be made once my wife gets home. You guys know what I mean.Update: I changed to a less casual black leather strap. I'm a black strap kinda guy. Ok, I'm just a black strap kinda guy....

This 1977 bulova has a 1133.10 movement which is a ETA 2879. So far keeping time. The watch is a Citizen sub-brand which appears to be JDM only. Instruction manual accompanying the watch is not in English, but the watch has the Citizen caliber E101 movement and the English language version and technical specs can be found here:c03.coacdn/calibersWPC/E101_ebook.pdfThe watch at 36MM diameter, 18MM lugs, and 9.3MM thickness can perhaps be classified as "unisex" and "dress". Weight is a light 3.04 ounces. Dial on this model is white with stick markers w/lume dots and lume on hour/minute hands. There is a day/date calendar at the 3PM marker, framed, not divided, with the day designations in English and Kanji. Manufacturer's WR rating is a decent 100M/10BAR with a screwback case but without a locking crown. The case and bracelet are stainless steel with hollow end pieces; the crystal is described as "crystal glass". The only differences are stainless steel versus rose gold and strap combos).
