Breguet's famous Type XX watches are among the first high-end timepieces that I fell in love with back in college. I couldn't afford one then, and I still don't have one today, but the dream of owning one of the Breguet "Type" aviator style watches remains strong. They come in a few varieties, such as the Type XX, Type XXI, and the newer (and sort of silly) Type XXII.50 years ago Breguet delivered to the French Naval Airforce 500 Type XX A¨¦ronavale watches made on special order. Actually, they were ordered in 1958, but it took Breguet 2 years to make all the pieces. HELP: I need to remove a 7S26 movement from the case
Hi, finally and after a month or so, I could regulate my SKX007J4 by myself. I put the gasket on the back, lubricated it and closed firmly the caseback. I was happy and thought everything was fine until I checked the crystal and noticed a tiny dust particle on the inner side of the crystal, near the date windowThe dust particle is white and even though it is not visible unless in close inspection, it annoys me everytime I check the timeI opened the caseback again and removed the crown in order to take the movement off and clean the crystal from inside, but I don't know how to remove the movement with the black plastic spacer. Should I pull it up gently grabbing it from the spacer? I see no screws attached to the inner case nor in the pics I've checked. What can I do???

Got my first AP! (With some poorly taken pics)
After 5 years of flipping watches.. finally got enough scratch together to get the first of my Grail watches. I am now the proud owner (Thanks to Matt.Wu on the forums, fantastic gent, who i'd refer to anyone) of a AP 15400 Silver/White Dial.Couldn't be happier. Have to say though - this thing picks up dust like that it's job.... it's stunning though.Honestly, as a dress watch, I'm in love. as an out of the office doing a pub crawl, I'm terrified.Need to get a SD or Seiko as a beater and for diving again....ASAP.First of the Trinity down! Beater next and then back to working toward the next.. probably a V&C RG Patrimony.Pics attached (Please disregard the mustard on the sleeve - do not eat a Ruben before posting!)
