Introducing The Bremont Supermarine 2000, An Even Deeper Diver
Bremont has released the latest version of its diver, theSupermarine 2000. This one, as the name suggests, is rated for a whopping 2,000meters of water pressure. Given the British brand's claim that the Supermarine'sprior iteration was tested well beyond its 500 meter rating, and their almost obsessive focus on ruggedness, we're pretty sure this one couldgo even deeper than advertised. Beyond the water resistance ensured by its patented Trip-Ticksteel case, this Supermarine also boasts Bremont's usual arsenal of movementprotection features, like a soft iron Faraday cage for repelling magnetism to a shockabsorbing movement holder that protects the chronometer-certified calibre fromvibration and impacts. The luminescent sapphire bezel, unique crown protector, dial, and oddly elegant hand design are all carried over from the Supermarine 500. 2 OF 3 Helium Release Valve on the S2000 Also inherited from the Supermarine 500 is the heliumrelease valve on the 9 o'clock side

15300 - date won't advance easily via crown
I sent my RO in to Clearwater about a year ago. I could have sworn I was told this was a known issue. The watch was repaired / fully serviced / and I read my third year warranty.Now...the issue has returned. I can advance the date by setting the time and with effort / I.e. Pulling the crown in and out advance the date.The person at CS had no knowledge of a known issue. Problem now is they are closed 12/21-1/4...I'll have to wait until Jan to send it in or it will just sit.Has a into e else had this problem??Thanks

What's the the Fora's opinion?
I've been mesmerized by the Omega Speedmaster Pro Race Dial, limited edition for Japan (released in only 2004), Ref number 3570.40. But as you know these are very hard to come by.I do find modded Ref 3570.50 with the Race Dial, often without boxes and papers. Are these considered desirable? What might one pay for one? I don't want to be stuck with a frankenwatch.

Yachtmaster decisions
Looking for my next purchase. Won't be until spring unless I get a stellar deal to get me to jump earlier. Torn between these 2 babies. The 116622 will be bought early spring. I'd need 2 more months after that to get the cash for the TT. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
