- Great looking watch. I'm very happy with my purchase. I kind of wish I had ordered the rose one instead of the watch but either way the watch itself is great.

Corum 277.931.91/0371 AG32 wrist watches news:
My grandfather gave me this watch back in 1964 or '65. Owning a Ford dealershipat that time, he ordered a new Mustang for himself, and this watch came with it. If I remember correctly, he said the watches only came with the first 500 Mustangs ever built.I only wore it a couple times before I scratched the crystal while working on my neighbor'scar (a 1965 Mustang). I had the crystal replaced and may have switched the strap. It has remained in a drawer ever since. I pulled it out today to take a pic and it still works!Has anybody on this forum ever seen or heard of this Mustang edition? I would like to know if they did indeed only come with the first Ford Mustangs. Will try to post a photo. Hope I am in the right forum. ThanksMustang Watch Face B.jpg
I don't know how to properly convey my feelings on acquiring my first AP. This is sort of a big deal to me and quite the journey as I have wanted one for some time now but things kept getting in the way.I came very close to buying a 15400 blue dial last year but about a decade ago my father got his watches stolen which destroyed him and I felt I should get him a timepiece instead of indulging myself so I ended up getting him a JLC Grand Reverso Calendar.Fast forward to life getting in the way here and there with work and new housing and I lost interest in awhile as I kept wearing an Apple Watch for my active life. I always kept in the loop on the forums and other sites/blogs/youtube.My first nice watch was a new Milguass GV and subsequently I picked up a pre-owned Speedmaster Moonphase on rolexforums for fun. I am a fan of all Royal Oaks but oddly the watch I had always coveted and often seen in boutiques and shops while travelling was the 15400OR silver dial on brown leather strap. Fo
Tried it on at the AP boutique in Singapore a few days back. And I almost forgot that I was wearing it before leaving the boutique! It was that comfortable! I like the design too, especially the titanium/ceramic combo, stick hour markers, 42mm case with conventional turban pushers and crown, as well as the Diver-style strap & tang buckle. The only thing that didn't sing very well to me is the bead-blasted finishing on the titanium watch case. But that's just a personal preference. Otherwise the entire watch is perfectly harmonized in design and really a gem on the wrist. Some quick shots at the boutique...
After many months of this or that, I finally decided on the 5196G. There was always a special place in the heart for this watch.Had to chose this over the Lange Saxonia and the Vacheron Patrimony. Not an easy decision to make, but it was simple once I let my head and heart work together. Simple, clean and classic. So here it is... Sent from my ONEPLUS A5000 using Tapatalk
So, the next watch will probably be the last that IĄŻll be able to sell to my wife. IĄŻm thinking classic Rolex tool watch, either Sub or GMT. I wonĄŻt pretend that either are Ą°neededĄ± or will be in anyway Ą°usefulĄ± as I donĄŻt dive and I am able to compute the time difference to Beijing in my head. But I love watches...the history, craftsmanship and ingenuity astound me...plus they look great. This is most of the current collection:What do you all think makes sense? What am I not considering? IĄŻm open to suggestions, max $9k.
