Audemars Piguet 25863TI.0.A080CU.01 wrist watches news:
I was with Hublot in Las Vegas for a very atypical watch event. A merging of two extremely different worlds coming together for fun, publicity, and the pursuit of mutual goals. The rowdy and often dramatic world of professional boxing has little in common with the clean lines and sober attitudes you'll find in the luxury world. The heroes of watch making are executives, designers, creative minds, and marketers. They celebrate men and women of greatness from afar, and from a public perspective the luxury and watch business has a clean and stately face.Boxing is about fighting and the clashing of personalities to evoke excitement over the next big event. It is a hard and fast life for the stars, who often fade once the glory has worn off. Only a handful move on to make something of themselves in alternative businesses once they retire from boxing. Like the champions of many sports, life after competition is usually not very interesting. Especially those who haven't handled their finances
Hi all,This is my first post - forgive me if the answer I need is somewhere else on the forum.Just recently (as a treat for my 41st birthday) I bought myself a brand new 5135G. This is my first Patek having always owned IWC previously.I'm not sure if the AD set the watch up incorrectly (well I know he did on the lunar calendar as I had to change that) but the date also seems to change a little too early. At 10.55pm the top centre date clicks over to the next day. The day change seems to happen more gradually but is also a little early? I'm sure that this cannot be correct for a ¡ê24k watch? Has the initial setting by the AD caused this? Any tips on how I can change it (I know how to change the dates etc but should I do it in a specific order or at a specific time?)Forgive the 'beginner questions' and I'm sure some people might be annoyed at a person who has bought such a lovely and expensive watch and then doesn't know how to use it! But as I have said it is my first Patek and I'm no ex

There are two things that I would love to see Patek do in the future that I feel would be not only be good for the brand itself but also for watch lovers in general. First, would be to release a non-limited edition of the new 5522 without the New York engraving. This would make a wonderful watch available those not fortunate enough to obtain one of the originals while in no way detracting from the value and exclusivity of the limited-edition. And secondly, to make a steel version of the 5524. This would bring both of the Calatrava Pilots within reach of a wider audience and would perhaps tempt me away, at least for a while, from my Rolexes. Let me know what you think of my modest proposal.
