Please help Citizen Minute Repeater not charging.
Hey guy's I have the Citizen eco drive Minute Repeater 9000, I've had it since late October of last year, But these past few weeks I've been having a hard time getting it charged even in sunlight, Dennis aka Ulack suggested that I put it under a desk lamp which I've done these past two days. But it will work only when under the lamp in other words the small second hand will not skip as long as the watch is under a lamp, But as soon as I go do the all reset function the small second hand starts skipping again. I don't know what could be causing this problem also Citizen claims the battery and rechargeable cell last for a lifetime please help.

After 5 years with my deepseaI have been looking to add another watch to my collection recently. Came back to the forum and notice the brand is getting less love than before. Anyways I always like the Pam005, thinking if I should buy it as brand new or used one. Found one at local AD Selling $7200 CAD after 12% tax. They said it's hard to find so discount is minimal. Swiss Made- new dial?
Looking at a preowned GMT II 16710 and not sure if its all original. Its a U serial, so 1997/1998 as I understand. But the dial is Swiss Made which I think was only 2000+.Is this a replacement dial? What sort of impact on value for this?
