New Seamaster Question
I'm new to the forum and have only recently taken a liking to watch collecting and admiring. I want to pruchase a new seamaster. Still undecided on the 300 M vs the PO. I've read enough to be confused about updates/ wholesale changes to be made to the 300M. Can anyone tell me if I should wait for a redesign (and substantiate whether or not there might actually be a redesign) or is now the time to buy (once I actually do make a decision). Sorry if this question has already been answered in previous posts. If so, and you can redirect me to the post, I'd appreciate it.

Help with smoke smell
Guys & gals, I've tried it all - lemon juice, Febreeze, baking soda dry & in a paste, even put the strap in a dryer sheet then sealed in a zip lock bag overnight.but I can't get the smell of cigarette smoke out of one strap. I searched the thread where Scott (timesofplenty) asked for info to get what I tried already. Is there anything else you can suggest?

Paul Newman Ltd Edition 1957 Panda Dial
So the Paul Newman reference is a headline grabber but I thought I'd share some pics of my latest find...It's a Japanese market only Ltd Edition Speedmaster Date reference 323.30.40.40.02.001Saw this little beauty and couldn't pass up the opportunity to grab it. A limited edition to 2009 pieces only and this one was NOS in the box. Despite being a safe queen, after a full wind and a few days of running, it is within COSC at -1.8/day which is pretty amazing I think.I love the Panda Dial on this one. In bright light it's almost pure white, but in subdued indoor lighting the dial takes on the appearance of a beautiful creamy colour.I'd never seen one of these before this one and this was one of those rare examples we sometimes come across where the decision to pull the trigger and buy it needed little to no thought.It's a 40mm case and wears a little small compared to the usual watches in my rotation, but still looks great on my 7 wrist.I'm not usually a fan of chronometers but the speedy

324 movement on my aquanaut... Question?
Since my aquanaut was new, i noticed in the 324 movement, the Rotor seems to wind in 1 direction but spin freely in the other... Is this typical or is there a need for service?Other movements i have had wind in both directions equally.Thanks for any insightWatch is keeping perfect time.

The Air King. What do you dislike about this watch?I¡¯ve seen them in practically every AD display. Always available and I¡¯ve been offered significant discount on one nearly every time. Help me understand as I seem to like quirky watches.
