I was in my local AD on Saturday and on a flat screen monitor a video was playing from Rolex marketing detailing all of the individual steps required to make the Parachrome Blue hairspring, among other very interesting details.The OWNER of the AD spent about an hour with me and said this was only a handful of videos released in the US market. Whether this is true of not, I do not know. Never mind getting a copy, I asked for it but no such luck. He was afraid Rolex would not send him future ones.I understand completely, but I just got to ask.....has anyone else caught a glimpse of this new video? Thanks in advance,PC

Opening Ski Weekend with Submariner!
Hello Friends....Well, this past weekend some of the major ski resorts here in CO opened. Sarah came to visit from Tampa and we stayed in Breckenridge; however, only one run was open. The first day we skied Breckenridge, but it was not until the next day when we checked out Keystoneand we hit the Jackpot! They had more runs open and not to mention a new gondola system, so you got to stay warm all the way up. The last day, we hit Arapahoe Basin...this was pretty good but a little too fast and somewhat icy. :eek:I think this is going to be a great year for skiing! So, any WIS worth his salt would take his trusty camera along and snap some pics. Please enjoy them:On the lift at Breckenridge....Mandatory wrist shot (there is more of these)Sarah posing at the top....So, we call it a night and after breakfast the next morning, we saw this in the street.....seems like PBR is the "en-vogue" drink to haveI prefer "Natty Light." Question about face of watch on 2018 Submariner Date
Hi Guys/Gals,I just purchased my first Rolex! I went with the Submariner Date since I've wanted one for a LONG time, plus it's the most versatile watch on the planet. The only thing I don't like is that it's the most copied watch known to man, lol.For this reason, I chose to buy it from an AD (London Jewelers) so I can be 100% sure that it is authentic.My question is about the writing on the face. I noticed that the part where it says 1000ft=300m the = sign is tight with no spacing, but on Rolex's site, the picture of the Sub shows a significant amount of space between the numbers and the = sign. There is a video that I saw on youtube that shows how to determine a fake, and mine looked like the fake!!! (I'm confident that it isn't)My watch is supposedly a fresh batch 2018 watch. Did Rolex change the print style from 2017, to 2018 (and use the old photo on their site)? Or do they make several versions for the same year?Can anyone please explain why there are these differences in th
