- I was so excited to receive this watch. The face is wonderful and I love the soft colors in it BUT no matter how I looked at the watch, I could not read the time. IF ONLY the watch part was clearer I would buy it in a second.

Maurice Lacroix PT6168-SS002-331 wrist watches news:
The perpetual calendar complication has been a fascinating and useful feature on high-end watches for quite sometime. Calendar functions directly related to keeping the time, and offer a variety of information related to the 24 hour cycle. Most watches have just the date, and the more complex you get, the more calendar functions you can record. Annual calendars measure the day, date, and month - often the phase of the moon as well. The benefit for those is being able to avoid adjusting your watch each month that does not have a 31 day cycle. Though there is still the matter of dealing with a 29 day February.Perpetual calendars step it up a notch by taking into consideration leap years, which occur each four years and affect the length of February. Perpetual calendars are named as such because they don't need to be adjusted very often. The next time any perpetual calendar watch needs to be adjusted (by one day) will be the year 2100. This sounds sexy even though none of us will be alive
Any ideas how much and what would be the best way to get extra links for the IWC Spitfire chrono? Also I bought the hubby an alligator strap but is there a tool to switch from the metal to the leather strap? Thanks
Just purchased this watch from Tim (Brit78). Love it! Anybody else have this watch want to share their thoughts and love for it? I will post a picture soon. Can't wait to wear this watch at work! Stay Safe.-Mike
Hi FriendsI accidentally chipped the glass of my Pam 164 while walking through a door in my office. My immediate concern is whether (a) this chipping of the glass will affect the water resistance and (b) whether this presents any safety issues in terms of any sapphire glass particles sticking on my fingers everytime they come into contact with the chipped glass Secondly, I have been informed by the Panerai shop in Dubai ( I live in Pakistan so Dubai is the closest panerai dealer) that it will take 28 days for the glass to be replaced. Do any of you have any idea how much it usually costs ? I am attaching a picture of the watch. The chipped portion is just before the 7 o'clock position.
Really!? Come on..
