A business traveller who needs a three time zone watch is not likely to strap a piece of sci-fi tech to his wrist.

Case height - 422 and 510
Hello all,Can anyone tell me the case height for these two pieces? I would love a 422, but feel that the 47mm case would look too big on me - unless the case is not too tall! Maybe this is just wishful thinking on my part, buy oh well.The 510 is also a strong contender, with similar looks at 44mm. The 8 day pr is also very sweet. Info on this case height would be much appreciated as well.Many thanks!
