- Bought this watch for a recent trip to the Middle East. It was very helpful, easy to read. Nice looking, a little large for a woman, but I attached it to travel bag for easy viewing.

Baume & Mercier 8849 wrist watches news:
We are proud to be the first to announce a new collection of LEGO brand watches for adults. That's right, LEGO, which has had a large collection of kids watches for years, will soon launch a comprehensive collection of timepieces for men and women in November 2013. These are among the very few plastic watches we would wear. What is fun is that despite being sized (and styled) for adults (at least adults in terms of age), the LEGO watches for adults have as many fully swappable parts as the kids versions have.Officially, these timepieces are referred to as the LEGO Watch System because pieces such as the bracelet links and bezels can be interchanged with each other. The links for the bracelet can be arranged in a series of colors and styles, but we think most people will enjoy them in solid colors (as they come out of the box). Though, it is fun to play. I grew up with LEGO models so this watch collection is sort of a big deal. While inexpensive and cheeky, it is a fun reminder of somet
The blue bandit. It hits you, leaving you with a black and blue eye. This Bandido is blue, and only for the US. Franc Vila re-touches his FV Evos 8 Cobra to be in all black with bright, electric blue hands. The limited edition shares the rest of the Cobra characteristics from the carbon fiber elements on the case and custom automatic rotor on the movement. Limited to 88 pieces and $28,000. Highway robbery? They don't call it a bandido for nothing.Read my article on the Franc Vila FV Evos 8 Cobra Blue Bandido watch here at Haute Living.
got to thinking about the mascot and Dayton, Ohio. . going to try to put pictures with my thoughtsDayton Ohio is a tool town, I learned a very long time ago that Dayton Ohio is/was the 4th largest area in the country for toolmaking behind SanFransico, L.A, ChicagoI spent two years at a trade school to learn how to operate the manual machine tools needed to build progressive dies, then I was hired here, worked here as an apprentice for 3.5 yrs, building progressive dies for Whirlpool Ovens, fuel tanks for Ford, fuel injection for Ford, catylitic convertors for GM, power window brackets for GM, pulley covers for John Deere, air conditioning condinsor dies for ChyrslerI wanted to be a graphic artist, but in Dayton Ohio? Ya have to learn the tool trade. My father spent 33 yrs working here as a machinist for GM, this is the old Delco Moraine brake plant, over 3,000 jobs went to Mexico when GM/Delphi closed this facilityDad worked at the brake plant all night and raised hogs at our farm, like
Hey everyone,I'm sure this is a question I could answer by simply going to a jewelry store and weighing each (since I have both in my possession) but I was curious if anyone knew. They feel seem to feel about the same...almost as though the rubberclad is a tad heavier. I was interested to see if anyone knew. Thanks in advance!Best,Carlos
Hi allNew to the forum and first time poster. Enjoy all your posts and discussions so thanks a lot!Wonder If you're be so kind as to give me some advice as i'm looking to purchase my first PP.I really love the Nautilus 5712 and but they're so hard to come by. I may have a lead on a G but the G seems a little bland to me. Lack of contrast with the white gold and dial? The R is gorgeous but will need to wait a while to source one. The R is pretty flashy though and I'm a relatively low key guy.The Aquanaut 5164A is beautiful but also super hard to come by... i travel a lot so this may come in handy and I think it would be a great daily watch. The rubber strap seems pretty casual but I suppose one could dress it down or up.My AD has a 5205R black dial ready to go and I could probably get it at the same price as a 5712. It's beautiful but again a bit flashy and more formal. The 5205G is available too but again seems a little bland? If I get a 5712 then I see little point in getting an Aquana
