- I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package and saw the watch. It is even better (in person) then the photo. , but not delicate, you can tell this is a durable watch. It will be great for dressy with the black dial, but can be worn for casual as well. Excellent buy!

Baume & Mercier M0A08850 wrist watches news:
For everyone who’s ever read a watch test or review in WatchTime and wished they could test their own timepieces for accuracy at home ¡ª and without making the major investment of a Witschi timing machine ¡ª Geneva-based Lepsi has an ideal stocking stuffer: the Lepsi Watch Scope, essentially a stethoscope to read the “heartbeat” of a mechanical watch. The Watch Scope is a compact device (retailing for 369 Swiss francs, that syncs with your smartphone to measure a mechanical watch’s vital stats ¡ª including rate variation, amplitude and beat error ¡ª in just seconds. Best of all, it is small enough to carry around with you, meaning you can actually bring it on a trip to a retailer to measure the accuracy on-site of a timepiece you’re considering purchasing. To use the Watch Scope, you first need to download (either from the Google Play or Apple App store) the Lepsi Watch Scope app for installation on your smartphone. While connected to wifi, open the app an
It gives us great pleasure to say that we are able to offer, courtesy of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, a limited number of invitations to an upcoming exhibition showcasing some of the most unusual, valuable, and remarkably beautiful timepieces ever made. "The Luxury of Time: European Clocks and Watches" preview will be held at The Metropolitan Museum of Art this Thursday, November 19th at 6:30 p.m. There will be a host of amazing, very rare and extremely historically important clocks and watches on hand, and the exhibition is being co-curated by the Met's Mrs. Clare Vincent, a 40-year veteran of the Met, and Associate Research Curator Ms. Elizabeth Sullivan. These are just a few examples of the treasures from the Metropolitan Museum of Art's collection. Above is a stunning clockwork celestial globe, made in Vienna in around 1579; like many of the clocks and watches in the exhibition this was a gift from J. Pierpont Morgan (in this case the gift was given in 1917).
Just curious....I love the bracelet, but are there any options? Many thanks
had been too lazy to adjust the date and moonphase...so kept it in the drawer since it last stopped, 18-Dec
As some of you know I am planning on getting a Patek. It seems that it's going to be a 5712G on a leatherstrap. (Not quite decided yet) I have relatively small wrists and am worrying that the clasp will not be centered becaurse the strap only can be shortened at one side.Is this corret? Will Patek deliver other sizes without extra cost or does a shorter strap have to be speial ordered? Thanks!
