Second Of Happiness "SoH" Concept Watch
The "Second of Happiness" (SoH) watch is currently just a concept, but it certainly could be made. It is the charming and clever brainchild of 21 year old French design student Mathilde Ampe. Ironically enough, the watch does not display the seconds. According to Mathilde, this is also her very first watch design.The SoH watch is meant to look like a face. Not just a watch face, but a more human-like face. The focal point of the design are two rotating discs that are meant to look like eyes, and the pupils are the indicators. The left eye disc indicates the hours and the right disc is for the minutes. Does that make it hard to tell the time? A bit.What the SoH watch lacks in legibility it makes up for in personality. I have recently picked a gorgeous Titoni airmaster Rotomatic on eBay . it carries a very reliable 25 jewel eta . Could anyone here tell me more about my watch and it's makers , also possibly it's value. All I know is that they were never really intended for English or USA marketing more Europe and Asia and they moved production to Asia in the nineties but still run on eta movements.Enlighten me !! image.jpgimage.jpg

Interesting description of a plain white gold-filled Tonneau on the swamp: i# 290589237343. The main title says white gold with rare dial, the smaller print further down says gold-filled, all of the hands are wrong and since when is a bad redial considered to be a rare dial! Also interesting is that there are no views of the sides of the case, I wonder why

Can only keep one.....but which one ?
Unfortunately, I have to reduce the stable. Currently have:ROC 26331 black dialROO ¡°Elephant¡± 26470ROO 44 TI Can only keep one. What¡¯s the most versatile? I¡¯m usually in a shirt and tie at work but want something of an all rounder. Love the bracelet of the 26331 but can always get one for the elephant if I go that route. The 44 is an amazingly light and comfy...but does it work as the ONE ?For perspective, I also have a PP 5980r and an IWC BP. Would love to hear some thoughts! TIA.
