- This watch is so lovely. I bought it for my daughters 22 birthday. She loved it. Can be worn for office, evening, or even to a football game! It is light weight and the sparkle is great. What a great bargan. Well worth it.

80s loving Europeans (and well, me too) love Depeche Mode musical entertainment and?Hublot certainly does. Back in 2010, the Swiss brand worked with Depeche Mode to create a limited edition of 12 Big Bang watches each with unique Depeche Mode albums covers (debuted here). Those were sold off for charity. Richard Mille Automatic Extra Flat RM 016 Watch Available On James List
This is probably my favorite Richard Mille watches for daily wear. That is of course, if I owned one. I have worn one though, and I must admit its charms beguile me. The name of the watch "Extra Flat" is also sometimes known as "Ultra-Thin." No one can agree! But what I can agree on is just how interesting the watch is from a mechanical and design standpoint. There are a few versions of the RM016 (RM 016) watch. Titanium with white gold, or rose gold. There are also a few limited editions.? The easiest way of noticing the limited editions is look at the font on the dial. The stenciled font versions are usually the limited editions. I like the more bold type of font seen here better. These are actually quite easy to read (as far as Richard Mille watches g0), and adeptly communicate the technical high style the brand is going for.I am adding a few images of two RM016 watches that I got to model myself. Picked up a modern Elgin Sportman (Pics)
Took a trip to my local junk shop and found a whole bunch of watches in a giant box. Found an Elgin Sportsman, all titanium, still works, in good shape, fits perfectly, for $20. Needless to say, I bought it. Nothing special but I'll post some pics anyways.

Everyone's favorite AP
I got my first AP a few weeks ago. I skipped the entry models and went straight for the 41mm RG ROC w/ black dial and black gator strap :D It's a beautiful watch and the current crown jewel of my collection. Since getting it, I've been reading the AP section of this site. I had thought about trading up to the 42mm RG ROO because I like the look of all RG vs the black ceramic bezel hiding the RG bloc behind it. After asking some friends, and one of my gfs, I decided to keep the ROC. She didn't like the too chunky look of the 42 rg ROO, preferring the classier better proportioned 41 ROC. The 44 is beautiful looking, absolutely, I just aesthetically want all RG on my new watch personally this time. I'm getting the impression that the overall most wanted/desired AP here is the 44 RG Ceramic ROO. Accurate? Do you have a different favorite AP?

Vintage Omega Bracelet question
Hi folksHope some here with deep experience can help answer a question on whether I can get a replacement bracelet to work with my old Omega Automatic.First, the case number is 166.070, polished stainless, and the lugs are sized for 18mm end links.The original bracelet is no longer made and I've exchanged email with Bob Frei to choose a suitable replacement. I'm looking at the Omega Bead of Rice bracelet model 3010 but there are 3 different end links (511, 512, 514) they offer for that one. Even Bob is stumped on which would work. I have a call into Omega but not holding my breath on a definitive answer there.So the question is, which compatible case number from the list associated with the 3 end link choices makes sense?To see the bracelet/end links, here's the link: .ofrei/page1280.html I know this is a lot of detail but I didn't want to be vague on such a precise question.The watch itself looks like this:
