I do have a subc date already, but it¡¯s a good contender as I¡¯ve always been interested with the no date option. Thanks in advance!Feel free to post pics btw
Walked into my local AD and lo! The mythical Rolex rep was there. Actually, there were two of them, talking to the owner. The owner introduced me and immediately I wished I had shaved this morning. Oh, well. I asked about the shortage in some models and they said that Rolex decisions about supply are taken two years before so if there is an unforeseen increase in interest in particular models, there isn't much they can do about it immediately. I told them I owned an Explorer 1, brand new two weeks ago and said I bought it because it was a low-key watch that fit my personality. I said I was looking at the OP line and liked the 36mm and the 39mm sizes and colors except for the green pips on the blue dial for the 39mm. Just a little too funky for me but I try to fly under the radar generally. Nice guys with British accents (I guess people in Europe learn British English, from what I'm
