Patek Philippe 3545-2 wrist watches news:
Lets go the other way guys...Do any of you people have a watch they regret not buying? For myself, had I taken a better look at the Omega line, I think I would have had a long debate between my PO and the Speedmaster Broad Arrow: or I've said this before, I'm a kid at heart and I want my things yesterday! LOL That probably explains the start of this thread after reading QT's. I'm not saying that I wouldnt have gone the PO way, but my choice would have been much harder. So do you guys have a watch that you regret not waiting a little longer maybe (to acquire the few extra bucks) or have a watch that you got in the spur of the moment while looking for something else? You get the point! LOL
Hi All. Well, its been 2 years since my last serious consideration of a new timepiece. I've been flying to/fro Zurich a lot in recent months and have decidecided to pick up a watch on my next trip. I'd be most appreciative if some of you could help guide me in the buying process. Its a mens watch, btw.My criteria:-I don't want to spend too much, since I lose most anything of value. I'm thinking under $1000. I can go higher, but I'd like to avoid that.-I'd like a watch from a company not owned by a larger company. For example, I don't want a Hublot or a TAG, as they are owned by LVMH. I think there are still many Swiss watchmakers who are family-owned. If I'm asking too much here, just tell me. I might be.-Swiss made-Is an in-house movement out of the question in this price range? Thanks!
I started to feel some heat on my wrist; looked at my watch and to my surprise the balance wheels seem to have generated so much heat due to frictions and lack of lubricants and melted! Not really sure what happened there. A photo might help.
I've loved the watch for quite a long time!!! Any recommendations???
For my 111G. Here is a picture that happens to show the same watch on a strap I am thinking of getting. What do you think?
