Versace WLA99D498S009 wrist watches news:
Hi there, I recently found this watch in my grandpa's desk and I can't find any informations about in on the internet.Anyone would be so kind and share his knowledge with me?Thanks in advance!
After reading numerous posts about using scotch brite on brushed stainless steel, I decided to give it a try on my second generation Citizen Skyhawk. I have had the watch since 1996 (I think) and it was the first watch I spent over $35 on. I wore it daily for years and even took it on a deployment when I was active duty. Since then I have added about 20 watches to my collection and the Citizen has sort of fallen out of the rotation because it looked so used. The scotch brite worked beautifully and I am wearing it again. Now for the numbers on the bezel. They are faded and it would be nice to make them black again. Can I use a sharpie for that? Is there some other home remedy that would accomplish this feat? Even though I think I am Mr. watch reapirman since my success with the scotch brite, I am not ready to attempt any sort of bezel removal. Hey, I do know my limitations! As always I appreciate any and all advice.
Shipped this in from New York yesterday. Paid more than I wanted to, but other than this one I couldn't find any anywhere except boutiques. The white dial is the way to go. I looked at the black and blue, but the pop on this is just amazing. taking it tomorrow to get one more link added on, AD took out two and its a bit too tight.Definitely last purchase for a while. Gotta get through college, lol
First off....I'm new to the site. I'm finding it a HUGE resource!Question regarding the crown guard on the Pam 111 I sure someone here can answer....Why is it brushed and not polished like the rest of the case?I find myself having to go the the 177 in order to get a guard that matches the rest of the case.I'd be all over buying the 111 if it was polished!Any pam's that are?? Thanks ahead of time folks!
I ran across this post on Facebook that shows an incredible engraving. But it is on a Rolex. I thought it completely irresponsible to destroy the value of the watch. I know there will be some who love it. I would think a Timex would have been a better choice.Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
