Bulgari EG 40 S CH wrist watches news:
Hello,I've been thinking of buying my wife her first Swiss watch. And I've been thinking a Longines because I rather like their esthetics. I'm looking for a small one, with just time and day of month. Unfortunately, I'm a complete newbie. My question is, esthetics aside, are there movements that I should turn my eyes to? How about ones that I should avoid? I mean, are there movements that tend to maintain accuracy longer, be more durable, or require less service? I'm not talking about vintage because I can't necessarily find them in Hong Kong and I don't have any friend who knows enough to check for authenticity with me. The bottom line: if it's one of the better movements and I can still find it at a Longines flagship store or distributor in Hong Kong, I'd probably take it.Anecdotal stories about your modern women's Longines would be great, too.If the consensus is that all modern Longines movements are equally good, I'd take it too.Cheers.
I was wondering if anybody can help identify the attached hamilton watch and possible value. Thanks in advance.2011-10-15_19-37-23_601.jpg2011-10-15_19-38-06_675.jpg
Along with about 10 other watches I'm considering due to my indecisiveness, the Seamaster Pro vs. the Seamaster Pro GMT are in the running. The slightly higher price on the GMT is not a dealbreaker. Any thoughts from the Omega Seamaster Pro fans?Thank you all!
Just wondering, has anyone had case replaced for gold Calatrava or complications?Or does anyone know the cost?Regards,
Hello. I am trying to get some more info on this watch. Anything you can share would help as I know nothing about it. Thank you.
