- So happy to find more things in multi tones and even better when I find rose tone. Wish Skagen had more stainless bracelet style watches. Nice low file and understated look. Can be casual or dressy.

would should I look to pay for a seamaster 2254.5 with all boxes, paper work, and serviced a few years ago? i guess its been discontinued so will it just keep going up in price? Can't seem to find it on sale new on the net so I'm assuming pre-owned would be the way to go. Saw two on ebay and wanted to know what you guys thought would be a fair price on a good condition watch with all the paper work including original sales receipt...thanks.
So my wife and I totally caught each other by surprise this Valentines day....I got her diamond earrings I saw her checking out a month ago at Costco and she has DEFINITELY been paying attention to my "I like this watch a lot" comments when I'm web surfing. I've been a fan of the Alpha Carbon since I've seen others on this site rocking it and to my great surprise this morning this what my wife gave to me. She's a keeper! I've already gone online and ordered a black leather Hadley Roma band with orange stitching..I'll post pics of that when it's on the watch. For this price point the watch really does seem like a fantastic value...well built and so far keeps great time(well, at least for the last hour and a half..ha ha) For now here are the pics of my newest addition.
A thread for celebrating the ¡°Swiss¡± only dial variation produced by Rolex circa 1998-2000. A distinction often recognized, but one not necessarily meant to signify rarity ¨C just a neat transitional variation! What do you have?U series ? A series ?3-tick version with the straight S ?1-tick version with the curvy S ?Other?Lest we exclude anyone with a pre-1960 standard ¡°Swiss¡± only dial ! ***Here's mine: A6 series, 1-tick, GMT 16710
Why doesnt the rolex have swiss made on the face inside the clock by where the six whould be?
