Baume & Mercier MOA 08724 wrist watches news:
For the 75th Anniversary of Batman, Swiss Romain Jerome has partnered with DC Comics to produce the Batman-DNA collection of limited edition watches. There is one version of the watch, and it is limited to just 75 pieces, with a Batman logo on the dial and case shaped with angles on the bezel to remind of the Batmobile. It might appear as though there are two versions, but it is just a "light and darkness shot" of the watch with and without the luminant glowing. This is the first watch relationship between Romain Jerome and DC Comics, but the concept is by no means a surprise, given Romain Jerome's history of making limited edition watches in honor of pop culture icons.Romain Jerome and Batman fans will love the new limited edition watch, but it won't win any converts who are more interested in traditional horological fare. In many ways, the almost $20,000 timepiece is the ultimate Batman fan-boy wearable. It captures the dark, strong essence of the modern Batman characters nicely, and
I have a 16013 two tone, white face and gold roman numerals. The bracelet has the expected stretch for its age. I was considering a sale or trade but now I'm considering putting it on a strap or deployment. Any thoughts or great color suggestions. Photos?Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Hi,I've a chance to buy this watch but want to know if it appears authentic, what model it is, and it's approximate value?
Am very excited to have finally acquired a vintage Hamilton. My best research indicates that this is an Arnold but, unlike the other Arnolds I have seen in this Forum, the outer ring on this one is black, not white. I'm wondering whether this makes sense, and whether the Arnold was originally offered in a couple of different versions. Any thoughts on this point would be appreciated!
The lume dot on my Ocean1 bezel insert fell out. Elsa at Debaufre' was kind enough to send me a new insert. I read the reference threads on bezel insert changes. I saw the one on the razor blade, but can you use an x-acto knife to pry the insert off? I have tried to pry ther insert off, but it's not coming off. How tricky is the adhesive? Any other suggestions? This is my first try at something like this. Thanks
