With Tom and Tony, and all the new Incoming Ensigns,Why not do a spotlight on one of my favorite Illinois? The 1929 Ensign was also called a Kingston when it came witha sub 6 and 17J or 21J movement. The Ensign is a smaller brother in size to the Illinois Mate...Lots of people confuse the 2, and you see plenty of listingson ebay that are wrong, so look closely. The Mate has "Special Model H" on the inside of the case back. The Ensign has "Special Model B" on the inside of the case backlike this...The Ensign has lots of Movement choices607/15, 17, 19, 21The Ensign also came in engraved and plain versions...with White and Yellow and Green gold filled cases too.Sides:Back:Dimensions:34X28mmIt also has a cool inlay "Butler Center" on some dials.FF Notes:Price when new: $40 to $75Rarity: 1/6 to 4/6Production date: 1929Price Today: $145 to $450Time Period: DecoNow here is something you will probably only see hereat the WTF American...There are 3 to 4 known Black Dialed versions of this watch.Thi

I am about to pick up a used speedy that was purchased by the original owner around 2008-02. Is the warranty transferable in the case that something happens to it while in my ownership? Also, is it 1 or 2 year warranty that comes with it?
Hi, Whilst chatting to my Aunt yesterday she told me that her ladies Omega had stopped working. She does not wear it every day but winds it regularly and listens to the ticking.A few weeks ago she went through this routine but the watch did not tick after the wind. It was sent to Omega and they said that they could not mend it. (It is probably from the 1960s but my Aunt cannot be sure)Please could anyone suggest a reliable person who could sort this out for her in the UK as she is quite down hearted at the moment. Thanks for any info,PeterT
Received any special dial/bezel combos or even PM (at least to my knowledge), it’s always come in black on black.Gents...I know the sub date has plenty of variations...speaking specifically of THE Sub.
