- I got this strap in pink and I love the look but I have a wrist and it is on the est hole so the end of the strap sticks out a bit. I wish the strap was not made for such a large wrist....but still very cute!

Baume et Mercier 10048 wrist watches news:
Hello all, I would like to purchase my first Hamilton wrist watch and am looking for advice on what I should consider. To be more specific I would like. something vintage, earlier then 1970 under $1200 If I could afford it I would go for a piping rock, white gold. Aaron Faber had a beautiful one I checked out but at $3200, it was just out of my range right now. I am also considering some Gruens and Elgins but that is another thread for another time. So what are your favorites? Thanks in advance. Cheers, Chris
Today is leap day, so if you stayed up late last night resetting all your watches, guess what. And because today is Friday and this February has five Fridays, that makes today even more special.I'll let the experts explain it all.
Hey, I have recently bought a Tissot PR50 on a sale at our local jewelers. It is the PR50 model with roman numerlas and I got it at the price of a decent priced Seiko. I think it is a superb watch for the money although the bracelet could be better as it has folded links instead of solid but what do you expect at the price of a Seiko. What do you guys think of them? All opinions welcome. Heres mine.
In the AP shop and I see this, see pic #1. I have thought about AP and felt they were too big on me. The 41mm seemed to work and I said, I'll take it. The AD told me it was Not for sale! What? I was shown several other watches and given the opportunity to buy one from them and become a customer of theirs and possibly have a chance to buy one. NO Thanks! A few other pics for the AP Lovers! What do your AP WI's Think?
Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place. Mods please relocate if necessary. The other day I bought a 16710 from a private party here in the SF Bay Area. For the past 18 years he assumed that he had the correct warranty papers for the watch but it turns out he didn't. He bought a 1997 16710 in 2000 at Fourtane Jewelers in Carmel Ca but the jeweler gave him Rolex paperwork for a 16700. I'd like to reunite the warranty card with the owner of the 16700 if possible and I'd be happy to mail it to the owner free of charge. Please PM me if this is your missing warranty.Style Number: R16700A30B7879Serial Number: U156789Original owner: Adrian ParraOriginal Purchase Date: 1/23/98While I'm here I might as well post up a photo of my new 16710 :)
