- Nice heavy watch case and bracelet. You can tell it's a quality watch as soon as you put it on. I've been looking for an ESQ for over a month and I am very pleased with this watch.

Cartier tank wrist watches news:
One of the most exciting releases at Basel World 2013 came from Swatch, which isn't exactly the most talked about brand here at HODINKEE. The Sistem51 is the world's first mechanical movement with entirely automated assembly. It has only 51 components, all of which are anchored to a central screw, a 90 hour power reserve, and, oh yeah, it's 100% Swiss made. While there was one Sistem51 prominently displayed in a glass case at the center of Swatch's Basel exhibition, here we have an exclusive hands-on look at this revolutionary watch.?? Seriously guys, this could be a game-changer. 2 OF 25 Sistem51 Dial Detail Back in 1983, Swatch launched with the mission of making Swiss watches mass produce-able and available to everyone in the wake of the quartz crisis. By reducing the number of components in a quartz movement from the typical 91 to a much more?manageable?51, Swatch was able to fully automate production. This, combined with the brand's commitment to popular culture
Set up the lightbox last night and took some shots.First, the lume of the Williams F1:Second, the Oris with one of my nephew's Matchbox cars:I picked up a piece of polished granite flooring at Home Depot yesterday, and decided to play around with it...
Got this in the mail today. 34mm x 43mm x 19mm Jean Richard Aquastar Standard 10 ATM.Cleaned and tidy'd up the case, polished the (wrong) crystal until I can get the thick diver's installed in a few days.Installed this weathered nylon that seems to help out many oldies that I get, so it's never found a permanent home!I actually like the condition of the dial; plenty of....."character".The caseback is pretty good; these are easy to beat up with a universal wrench. What do you think?
AP is very well represented this year! .gphg.org/horlogerie/en/gr...E#2016_HOMME_2
Really starting to consider an Offshore, but I have rather small wrists.. (6,5)So I would like as much input as possible. What offshore are you wearing - And how big are your wrists? What model would suit me best? Maybe diver? How does a short strap affect the size and fit of the watch on the wrist? Please post as many wristshots of as many different offshore models and wristsizes as possible! But mainly you guys with smaller wrists! Big thanks in advance :-)
