- It's nice for the price. The gold color has changed, though. Not too heavy - not too light. I will wear it occasionally. Delivery was not right away from the vendor. I think it took two weeks.

Baume et Mercier 10064 wrist watches news:
Does it hurt to the the spring run all the way out? Now that I have two Rolexes, this has become an issue. My Milgauss is dressier and I tend to not wear it often enough to keep it alive. If I have to, I'll get a winder. But it seems that would cause additional wear that is unnecessary if I don't wear it for a few weeks. If I'm winding it from dead, how many winds? Does it hurt to backward wind it? Is it possible to over wind it?I've been told you cannot overwind a Rolex. Just checking to see if that's right. Thanks!
A beagle holding a 145.012 - 67, of course. This watch has a movement serial no. a stone's throw from the watch in San Diego that was once claimed to be the Aldrin watch, but the last I heard, NASA had determined that the "found" Speedmaster was not, in fact, the watch Buzz wore on the moon. Does anyone have an update on that watch?
I went today to see a watch i am interested in pam 250 specific and the supplier told me that it is the last number of its production and he was mentioning it all the time like it was something amazing Is it some kind of advantage this or he was just trying to sell the watch, i mean the first i can understand somehow but the last?? Does anyone know
I'm a big fan of Hadley Roma straps, and have one on my '60s Longines, but i'm trying to figure out a cheaper source for straps on the web. I've recently acquired a drawer full of vintage watches and want to restrap most of them. $25 - $30 each (what I paid for my Hadley Roma) is a bit excessive right now. I'm sure i'll restrap them with something nice one at a time in the future, but does anyone have a good online source for cheap but decent quality leather straps?-James
