Baume et Mercier 10077 wrist watches news:
In addition to looking and fawning over watches, I also buy them on occasion. A typical venue for my consumerism is eBay. I like the thrill of the search and finding a rare item, as well as the system used to win auctions or purchase items. eBay is a wonderful resource, and I recommend it as a tool for everyone, regardless of whether you buy or sell. As such, I like to take the opportunity every once in a while to share tips and thoughts on using eBay based on my years of experience.Today I am going to talk about the "reserve" price. This concept is almost as old as auctioning itself and serves a couple of purposes on eBay. The reserve is set by the seller, and can be changed during the auction if the reserve is not met. In short, I don't particularly like reserves, and urge sellers to disclose the reserve price. More on that in a bit.To explain what the reserve is, first take a look at what eBay has to say about reserve prices here. This is good information, but eBay doesn't give you t
Can anyone tell me about this time piece? It isn't technically a watch but it is my first Breitling time piece. I posted this in the Breitling forum but wasn't able to get any help there so I'm trying the general forum. I plan on using it extensively since I work in a laboratory and am constantly timing tests. Any knowledge would be helpful. I know absolutely nothing about it, even value. I recently won it on Ebay. Thanks my fellow WISs'...:D (I will have more pictures including the movement when it arrives via UPS on the 6th)
Hi guys,Ok so I'm about to pull the trigger on AP ROC RG on strap ref 26320. I am very confused weather to get the white dial with brown strap or black dial with black strap. I'm in love with both of them. Can't make up my mind what do you guys say?
I find myself just staring at it. First watch with a clear caseback. I would love a Royal oak skeleton Iphone5s
I am on the fence: I have my eye on a really nice original 501 cal (19 J)Seamaster (1955) and a 1963 Connie Pie Pan (cal 561). I really like the style of the Seamaster (thick lugs, 2-toned silver dial with applied numerals on the 3,6,9 and 12), but like the pedigree of the Connie and its 561 movement. The Connie is quite nice too: silver dial with gold indices and hands. The Connie is $375 more (if the same price, I'd take the Connie hands down) and I can't make up my mind. Thoughts?
