Baume et Mercier 10113 wrist watches news:
Ok, I'm relatively new to the whole watch thing. I have my Omega and love it for its looks and technology. But here's my question:Why are there so few, if any, ads in magazines for Omega watches? I rarely see and ad in my car, golf, financial travel, or men's magazines. Anyone knows why Omega keeps such a low profile in these demographics? Just about every "name" brand is in there- especially the "men's" magazine.Hope this isn't considered a demeaning type issue.
Here are two pictures from current Air King models. The one with black is porcelain, perhaps? Enamel? Is the other white gold? Thanks.
Here are a few recent purchases. The Rotary and Vostok Europe were quick turnoversI also received a G-Shock Atomic Solar digital new for $35 and an Alpha Tortue. The G-Shock was sold as cosmetically flawed, but:a) I can't find a mark on it. b) It's a G-Shock and will be used as my hiking/outdoor watch so a cosmetic flaw wouldn't matter anyway.I also just ordered a Seiko Premier Kinetic Chronograph. I've really become a fan of Seiko Kinetics, particularly since I learned my Orbita winders work great for charging them up!Anyway, here are the photos.IMG_9509.jpgIMG_9506.jpgIMG_9512.jpg
Would you personally prefer this method?Basically a cousin of mine wants to sell his BLRO. I have considered buying it off him.He has offered to make the payment method easier on me if I like. Basically to pay him 50% of his asking price up front, and the rest 10% each every month. No interest on it, but just to help me out.I do have the cash, but my account takes less of a hit, and I don't really feel a huge amount coming out of the account this way.Would you do it?
I'm thinking of getting a Panerai, I had a base 44 mm but it felt too big. I just seen online there is 42 mm anyone now what models go with the 42 mm. Thanks
