Bell and Ross BR0192-AIRSPEED wrist watches news:
So i'm on my 2nd Rolex. My first was an 06 SS/Black Sub that I had no problems with. Recently I sold it back and upgraded to an 08 Two Tone/Black Sub. The first day I wore it, I noticed that the date would not change correctly. The date would only go half way at midnight and not complete its transition until 3 AM. I took the watch back to the store and they replaced it with another one. We checked it before I left the store and the date would switch over correctly at midnight.I wore the watch for 2 weeks straight before I locked it up in my safe and switched back to my Breitling Navitimer. I wore the Breitling for a week and decided switch back to the Sub. When I took the Sub out of the safe and set the time and date, the DATE DID THE SAME THING AS THE PREVIOUS ONE! It would only click half way at midnight and then complete the date transition around 3 AM.Has this happened to anyone else?!?!? My original 06 Sub NEVER had this issue. Did Rolex change something internal on the
My 251 came in the mail this morning. You can experience it as I did (is it just me or are watch people the only people who will take pictures of the UPS box? )They make some nice boxes. Too bad they just sit in the closet. Finally the watchNow on to the real pics
I was trolling around the Omega website today as I've been contemplating an addition and I really like to look of the new PO. I was looking at the 8900 with the black and orange bezel when I stumbled across the new GMT with the black and white bezel. I'm not sure if the size and the color scheme really agree with me - I've also been eyeing the BLNR.So, maybe someone can help me with this as I've never quite understood Rolex's reasoning here. With all these other great dive/GMT watches out there with ratings of 600m, why is the Rolex GMT line still at 100m? Granted, it really doesn't make a difference given my general daily activity, but more a curiosity.
Was setting date and time after not having worn it for a few days. Felt like I couldn't get it to seat when I was screwing it back in after setting the time. I wasn't using excessive force at all, but the crown just ended up coming off. Can anyone let me know what happened/what I need to do? Thanks!
Can get one locally for $700 with box and papers. Has typical wear on the braclet and clasp and minor scratches on the bezel. The second hand has faded to an orange color. Is this a good deal? I have tried to search on here for recent sales but cant find anything.
