Chopard 168513 wrist watches news:
From the beginning of its existence, the watch has been an information tool, giving its wearer some piece of intelligence that he wouldn't have on his own. Perhaps nowhere is that truer or better realized than in the military watch.Almost as long as watches have existed, governments and militaries have been buying and issuing timepieces to be used in nearly every military scenario imaginable. Strictly utilitarian, these watches have served as functional instruments, designed to give their wearers specific and accurate information in environments not often encountered by civilian watches.Marathon Mil-W-46374E, circa 1990Made popular by their simple yet functional design, sturdy construction, and relative scarcity, many military watches have become prized by collectors. The world of military watch collecting is vast, and offers examples at almost every price point, from a $100 infantry field watch to a $100,000 dive watch, and everywhere in between. There really is a milwatch for everyon
When I see one of these I always think of the 1st modern Rolex I bought many years ago. Does anyone else get a little nostalgic when seeing a watch you had but sold? =) maverick

Hello every one new guy here. I have been looking at this forum for a few weeks now and have enjoyed looking at all the watches that I see posted in the threads. I am curious to know how many other watch lovers are "blue collar" guys like my self(factory laborer). SO I would like to see your favorite watch you own and what you do for a living. I just bought my first automatic and first watch in 5 years. I already have the next one picked out, a Ball moon phase, it will take me some time to save up for it. So here is my new watch a christopher ward C5 Malvern aviator.
Hi guys,I fear I have come to a realisation. I'm at a stage where I yearn for so many that I have yet tasted. To realise that I have had the luck of having a dj tt, exp, milgauss, gmtiic, hulk and currently daytona in about 4 years. I thought each was wife material at the time but this forum has made me think if each as a girlfriend. I wish I had them all back but the monogamous creature I am meant I had to move on each time. Now can't stop looking at the 15400, am I a bad person to break up with my White SS daytona quite in the knowledge that, at some point, I will definitely be coming back???
