The Hamilton Navy Pioneer H78465553 uses the ETA 2895-2 movement which has 27 jewels. The watch is 40MM, with 20mm lugs, water resistance to 328 ft and an anti-reflective sapphire crystal.The dial is finished in a ¡°velvety¡± gun metal blue finish, with the seconds dial treated with concentric rings. In real life, the blue is vibrant and blue. Apparently my photographic skills are able to transform that color to blackThe hands are long and highly polished. The bezel is decorated with a geometric pattern. Overall, the watch is a homage to early Hamilton¡¯s, which is exemplified by the strap lugs, simple dial, and classic hands.The on the back, the see through case shows off the decorated ETA 2895 movement.My first impressions are is the the 40mm case is at the small end for me, but as I wear it, the dial is perfectly clear, with the date and time easily readable. dear AP loversA friend of mine just got into this brand, and he's just got a serious piece, the RGRC He is having problems now with the clasp -- it seems it either too loose or , at right hole, too tight.I've got this pic and it seems to me clasp is too off from the centre of wrist, IMHO.Can you please give some tips how to fix that? maybe buying shorter strap or bending the clasp...???thank you in advance!Luciano
