Bell & Ross BR03-92 Commando wrist watches news:
Hi Everyone, I am new here. I really enjoy reading the posts here and becoming more educated in the process. Here is my story and maybe someone can give me some suggestions. In 2000 my husband bought me a SS DJ for a college graduation gift. I was completely surprised as he had just given me a nice Tag as a Christmas gift only a year earlier. So, he is turning 40 in Oct. and has another huge milestone coming up soon, he has been a professional hockey coach for the past 10 years and I think that is worth marking as well. Hopefully they will go deep into playoffs and we can have more to celebrateI bought him a SS/Plat YM right before the price increase through an online dealer (no AD even close to where I am and I had it shipped to my summer home in Montana to save taxes). I took a quick trip home to see the watch and although it was what I expected I am praying I didn't get swindled. Seemed okay to me but that isn't saying much. I would love to post a question about the retailer but not su
Pretty much as it says really!Do we know for sure exactly what form this watch will take? I thought it was basically the blue "Bond" but in black. Before that we all thought it was going to be the 2254.50 with a Co Axial movement and applied markers! Now Houston tells me it's going to be the classic "Bond" look but have the laquered dia(sweet) and therefore will be the LE minus the "007" stuff. Can we perhaps take this opportunity to pool all our sketchy knowledge of this watch into what may be a clearer picture of what it is we are waiting for?Has there been a press pack issued yet? I thought they were sent out immediatley after Basel? When is it supposed to be available? How much? (I presume it will be the same as the blue Bond plus the recent price hike?)I'm returning my PO today and am considering waiting for this "Mystery watch" instead of going with the 2254.50. Since I will get hit with the price rise anyway I don't have much to lose and can still get a 2254.50 if the new watch do
Hi there,Today, I had a great lunch with 2 watch friends from the official IWC forum. We went to the Yamazato restaurant in Amsterdam, a traditional Japanese restaurant. The lunch was great, just as the conversations and the watches. Unfortunately a fourth invitee had to call in sick, otherwise I would have had a few pictures of the Vintage Ingenieur to show here The light in the restaurant wasn't ideal to make watch pictures (I left a complaint about that with a of course) so excuse me for the bad pictures:Kind regards,Cinq
