Hey guys,I have been travelling the last few weeks and thought that I'll make up for my inactivity by posting some snapshots. Here some recent ones, met up with some Malaysian knife forumers in Kuala Lumpur (most of them outdoor guys wear Casio but a couple of them are WIS too). I'd like to know if any Patek owners owns a Grand Seiko as well?Any model would do though i'm looking at a Calatrava against similar style Grand Seiko.If you do, a side-by-side photo would be a nice inclusion.Qn:If you do own both, what are the similarities and differences in terms of fit, finish, form, aesthetics, emotion and anything else you guys could come up with...Grand Seiko do not sell their watches in a place where I could compare both side-by-side in the flesh. PAM00512 or Rolex 16613 Bluesy
Hi All. It's been over a year since my last watch and I am ready for my next one. After lots of (fun) reasearch and thinking, I am closing in on the Rolex 16613 and the PAM00512. Very differnent, I know, but those are the two that are speaking to me the most. I consider them to be at more or less the same price point (11613 would be pre-loved, of course; PAM00512 would be BNIB or LNIB).Any thoughts, especially in view of what I already have? Should I be considering anything else? Please refrain fro the whichever you like best and it's what you like that matters answers. I get that, and in the end that is what will decide it, but I really respect the views from the folks on this forum.FYI, I started this thread on the Rolex forum already, and wanted to see if the feedback was different here.

There was one of those ¡°which watch to buy¡± threads just a few days ago and a member real name Joe posted 2 nice pics of his ceramic gmt one of it on an Everest and one on a real nice light brown leather band that looked to have curved ends ,, just wanted to ask you Joe where you purchased the leather band ! I did search using GMT and didn¡¯t get a single match ?? Clark
