- I liked the look of this watch, but the fit was terrible. Have wrist, ordered s/m. It rolled around and stayed underneath - no good to me.

Breguet 3700BB/12/BV0 wrist watches news:
I just picked up a 4 month old Speedy Pro from "boojiking" at the sales corner at TZ.Here are a few pics...
Khaki Navy Sub Rubber Strap. I see bczolone beat me to it but here is mine with rubber strap. First Hamilton and I must say I really like it. The rubber strap is comfortable and very flexible. Fit and finish is very nice. Got this one for daily wear after work and to keep on during some guitar playing (rubber strap doesn't scratch the guitar neck so much). Based on this purchase I think I will go for a Hamilton automatic next. When the wife let's me.
I know what I like about the Orange Monster, but what do YOU like about it?I like how the bezel looks jagged and rough, but feels smooth and almost melted. For me, the weight and size are just about perfect for a dive watch, making it very comfortable. I like that the crystal is concave, and sits a little lower than the outer edge of the bezel. I like that the Orange Monster is somewhat whimsical, but still a serious watch. The only thing I'd do differently is I'd like one without either the day or date.Mine came with both a Seiko stainless bracelet and a Seiko rubber strap. The stainless was installed, and I switched to the rubber to see which I liked better - so far I'm leaving the rubber strap on it.Your thoughts?
I used to believe that Swiss Made means a watch that has at least 50% of it's component value being made in Switzerland.I've come to understand that is incorrect.According to the FH, the 50% rule applies only to the movement. So long it's assembled in Switzerland, it qualifies as a Swiss Movement. A Swiss movement automatically qualifies any watch assembled and inspected in Switzerland as Swiss Made.Note that the rest of the watch can be entirely foreign in composition. To take an example of the economics involved, let's imagine we're using a rebranded Chinese movement such as the Claro Semag 888 (a Seagull ST16). I imagine the movement can be obtained for $5-10 each (ST16 powered Alphas sell for $50 or less). That means by swapping out a $2.50-$5 part (mebbe blued screws or a stamped/engraved rotor) in a Swiss factory, the movement qualifies as Swiss Made.A $3-1k watch ends up having less than 1% in Swiss parts. It took a while for me to accept these numbers, even if they're ballpark fi
Hey everyone! I have been bitten hard by the AP bug with the new 41mm RO.I am a Rolex and Panerai guy but after seeing the posts on this forum I am mezmorized by these watches. Are these RO as beautiful in person as in these pictures!!!' Wow! Anyway I was wondering if someone could tell me if the new RO chrono comes in all three colors as well? This will be an everyday watch so any thoughts would be welcome. I know there have been some debating as to the size of the new RO and seems the 39mm is the forums choice. Thanks for looking :)
