Breguet 3800ST/92/SW9 wrist watches news:
Some of the most original watch designs in recent years have come from a company that’s not, for the general luxury loving public, especially associated with watches: Hermès. However the company actually has a quite long history of offering timepieces under its name; the first Hermès labeled watches were actually sold at 24 Faubourg St.-Honoré in 1928, and the company had, for instance, relationships with companies as varied as Universal Geneve and Jaeger LeCoultre (in fact as recently as 2013, Hermès collaborated with Jaeger LeCoultre in the creation of an Atmos clock) of many years’ duration. Perhaps, therefore, it is more logical as well as more reasonable to view their relatively recent foray into creating their own timepiece collections, and unusual complications, as an extension of a decades-long tradition, rather than as a new effort per se. Hello friends,I'm in the market for my first AP and would love some direction from all you AP experts.I've always loved the look of the RO but after browsing online pics for the last several months, I pretty much sold myself completely on the ROO. Well today I went into an AD for the first time to try on a few different options. That's where plot thickened¡ and the decision got much harder. First of all, the RO 15400 (with black dial) was much nicer in person than I was expecting! An absolutely beautiful watch. And it fit my wrist wonderfully. This was the steel model with bracelet that I was admiring. Then I tried on a few different ROO's. The red and black version spoke to me along with the safari model. So now I'm torn on what to do and I'd love some help from you guys. And for the record, I can only afford one at the moment so buying one of each is completely out of the picture. Soooo¡ what route do you all suggest I go? - RO 15400 with Black Dial?- ROO Black and Red?- ROO Safari?I
AD has both in stock.
I just received my Tudor Heritage Chrono and it is absolutely fantastic. However, the bracelet is too long on the 6 o'clock side causing the clasp to overhang my wrist on the 12 o'clock side (pictures posted below). I took off all removable links on the 6 o'clock side but it looks like there might be a way to remove the last one connecting to the clasp. Is this possible? If so, instructions would be helpful and much appreciated. Thanks! Is this last link removable?
