Before I get ahead of myself...
I hope that folks here also won't mind tolerating some photos of my 'other' obsession To share some of my collection, which is heavily Montblanc influenced, hey I love their pieces :pI purchased a brand new MB 149, the Helmut Jahn Limited Ed. It now holds my Dad's vintage (I use it too!) 149.To this I have the 149 pen holder (not pictured) and ink well by MB.My entire MB collection is listed here for the most part, some pieces are still missing though.bsodmike/gallery2/v/m...nc_Collection/This is a portion of my FP collection:Pelikan M1000 (fine), New DuoFold Centennial, Dad's vintage Duofold Centennial with Marble blue barrel and cap, Montblanc Meisterst¨¹ck Le Grand, the new 149 I got with the Limited Ed. case, and Dad's older 149paring the 149 nibs...oh they are gorgeous!!!Onto my Montegrappas...Got the Turtle Brown last week......and a MB Bohem in Rose Gold that I got a couple weeks back.......LOL...I wonder what I've missed. What I'm currently looking for in a watch:-automatic-white/cream dial-chrono/busy dial-metal bracelet-something I can wear to work (fit under the cuff) but can also wear on the weekend-around $500 (flexible but not too much)I like some of the Hamilton Jazzmasters, to give an idea. Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

5711 customisation
Has anyone here made any modifications or customisations to a 5711? I have been considering changing mine up but looking to see examples from those who have done this before me.Not sure what customisation to make yet but may have DLC coating added to the piece. Have seen this before on an Aquanaut and looks good, I think the entire bracelet in DLC would look pretty nice.

Still in the process of waiting for that call from the AD. But am wondering if I can outsource the search to the pros. Maybe different avenues would bring faster results. I know my credit cards have concierge benefits and my work does have a concierge office. Though I am not too sure if they'll handle this type of request. Anyone ever try or have any success?
