Piaget Piaget 46203 wrist watches news:
We joke around about the resurgent watch branded terribly named "Hebe Watches." Their model names are pretty awful as well. I wanna get me a Hebe Crepuscule! We lament over the nice hands on a Zenith Captain Dual Time, then John gets furious about a Jacob & Co. watch. All that and more in episode 79 of the HourTime Show.Listen to the HourTime Show watch podcast episode 79 here. Download the MP3.
Of a 47mm Oris - Titan or TT1 etc?Member/Sponsor eRelyx wants to see some pics on the wrist, but from further back (not closeup) to give an idea of size on the wrist.Much appreciated if anyone can upload a few pics in this thread.
I got this idea from another thread where someone remarked that a Cartier Blue was "girly" As a philosopher, it made me think. I think it is a very good topic.I think what was meant here by "girly" is 'lacking in maleness.' Let's say that is our working definition.I do think that many men wear certain watches to 'project maleness.' And I think we could agree on many watches that do this.I've never been one to worry much about 'maleness.' I've always noticed people like Ringo Starr who wore a ring on every finger. Some would say that this is not a projection of 'maleness.' But Ringo is married to Barbara Bach - maybe one of the hottest playmates of all time and a 'Bond girl.' So, I guess he was 'male' after all. I've always considered myself 'flamboyant'. I was a sports star when young - including football where I played offense and defense and special teams to the point that I never sat on the bench, so probably no one who knew me would have thought I lacked 'maleness.' I was just show
Hi Guys,I bought my first AP 2 months ago. It is the titanium grey themes ROO on a bracelet. I absolutely love the watch but have not enjoyed it as much as I like to because I've been afraid to scratch it up. I have many other pieces/brands that I've put through the ringer and while they do have that custom patina, they still look great. On the other hand I've seen some ROO that have scratches to the bezel and they just don't look right to me.So my dilemma is1. Keep the watch and just use more often, then let APSC polish if needed2. Trade for the 44 mm ROO SS/ceramic or 44mm ROO FC/ceramic3. Trade for ceramic diver or ceramic/FC diverAny input would be greatly appreciated.thanks and happy holidays
