Having a watch associated with a famous film character is a sure way to concrete its place in history. Obviously the most famous example being James Bond and his Rolex Submariner, Omega Seamasters and a plethora of others that rode the character's coat tails to higher sales. Well, in the history of cult classics there is perhaps no watch that is more interesting, or associated with a cooler character than the Seiko x Giugiaro watch worn by Ripley in James Cameron's amazing horror/action film from 1986, Aliens.Now, I could probably write a few thousand words on that film as well as the other in the Aliens series, as I am a huge fan and have seen them all several times to dozens of time. Patek deep case scratch repair?
Does anybody know how patek repairs deep gold case scratches? I was told that they fill the deep scratches in with a laser gold technique and then buff it out.

Last night the forum was absolutely sure that there would be a coke gmt on jubilee.There were threads about people confirming the news because their AD told them.We had also heard countless times that there would never be a steel pepsi after the WG.Yet here we are.All the rumors, all the confidence behind some of those predictions.We just never know what Rolex is going to do.I'll give them credit though. For such a massive and well known company, they sure know how to keep things secret.

Need some help with oils. There are 5 different oils needed for servicing a 3135. I see that Moebius will come to over $100. Are there alternative synthetics that are just as reliable at a lower cost? I plan on attempting a full service on My LV in the next couple of months. I have faith in myself. Thanks in advance TRF!
