It is not real hard to find a thread or threads having to do with a bad experience with CS in these forums. That got me to thinking. Why not have a thread where we could share some good CS stories. I don't mean the easy ones like "I called ABC watch company with a question and the were real nice when they answered it." What I am looking for is a real problem with the watch and or parts and the company did a great job of servicing your problem. Also, as this is a positive CS thread, please don't post your CS bad story. As mentioned, there are a bunch of threads on that already.I think it could be a good resource to hear first hand positive experiences and hear of which company or companies did this.
