Breitling 20405 wrist watches news:
Hi All,When winding your cal 1120 watch, do you notice any sounds at all? When I first purchased my 2254.50 over a year ago, the winding was buttery smooth and the movement didn't make any noise. 6 months later, when manually winding the watch I could hear a slightly raspy grinding sound, which I'm accustomed to on all other automatics I've had the experience of winding. Now, there is this noticeably louder clicking sound when I wind the watch. It only occurs once with each time I twist the crown...and can be heard even if I extend my arms and wind the watch far away from me. Now, I noticed this problem when the watch is fully wound, and haven't had a chance to let the power reserve dwindle and test it again when it's not fully wound. I kinda have a hunch that it's the 'clutch thing' that engages whenever a watch is fully wound to prevent overwinding. Hmm, I'll test it again later tonight and see if it's still making the sound even when the watch's mainspring isn't fully wound. If it ce
hey all when selling a watch what does "bump" mean. thanks
Looking into picking up a bracelet for my 26470ST black dial and wanted to see some photos of a 26470ST on bracelet. Sam sent me a picture when i picked up the watch which has been stuck in the back of my head (thanks sam). I just had 2 Q's:1. on my 26320OR i noticed the bracelet is very similar in thickness to the rubber strap. How thick is the bracelet on the ROO compared to the rubber. Anyone that can take a side by side photo i would greatly appreciate.2. Is there an option for me to get the Titanium bracelet? Will it match the steel? I don't think the steel will be heavy as I'm used to gold but figured it might be a interesting mix but not sure if the colors of titanium & steel would match up.
Is it generally safe to purchase in gray market stores in Hong Kong such as in TST, Kowloon and Kwong Wah St.?Can I be assured that a rolex that I will be purchasing new or used will be 100% authentic?
Got the option to swap my 2004 16610LV AND my Black Dial 2002 116520 for an early 116719 White Gold GMT Master II.Do I or don't I?
