Oris Oris 29621 wrist watches news:
To celebrate fifty years of James Bond films, Omega is releasing a special update of the popular Seamaster Diver 300m James Bond watch which has been worn by 007 in every adventure since GoldenEye. The James Bond 007 50th Anniversary Collector’s Piece has been created in two sizes, 41 mm and 36.25 mm. Find wallpaper images inside. The lacquered black dial features a 007 monogram. The 41 mm version has 11 applied indexes; the 36.35 mm watch has ten with a diamond index at the 7 o’clock position. The indexes are coated with white Super-LumiNova with a blue emission, for easy reading in all light conditions. The cases are stainless steel and with unidirectional ceramic bezel with diving scales in matte chromium nitride. The red number “50” signifies the special 007 anniversary. A helium escape valve allows helium atoms to escape during decompression, particularly necessary for professional divers operating from diving bells. As its name suggests, the watch is water
I bought a Hamilton Barrel Engraved in 14K white gold filled on e-bay several months ago. I recently had it restored including a re-dial, movement overhaul and case polish. When I got it back and examined the case, it looked like a rare 2-tone Barrel Engraved with white gold fill on the bezel and case back and green gold fill on the case. Seems like it has the "Motif" style engraving, according to Will Roseman's site. But after taking several photos to post here and looking at them closely, it seems that the "green gold" might just be tarnish. Your thoughts?Mark
I had this bookmarked because it was an outstanding reference for vintage Hamiltons. Cannot find it now.....just get message that I don't have access. Can someone tell me where to find it again?

The 16613 blue got a lot of attention and was somehow difficult to find back in 2004-2005 at least in some locations. Would this watch become a classic? I know there are lots of them around which could make it hard to become a classic piece. From what I see they haven't lost any value for the most part and still appears to be quite desirable.
