- I chose this as my Christmas gift and it is even prettier in person than in the photo. I have very wrists and I like the scale of the mini size case. A very nice watch, and Ashford's price can't beat.

Breitling A1733110/BC31SS wrist watches news:
Prices of watches have been increasing steadily over the past decade, but how do they compare to, say, three or even six decades ago? Just how have they really changed? And is it really because it is due to the rising costs of materials and inflation alone? We take a closer look at historical prices of two of the most popular sports watches around today - the Submariner and Daytona from Rolex. That aside, we also investigate the recent matter regarding Bremont's new Wright Flyer watch and its supposedly in-house made BWC/01 movement. Just how "in-house" is it and what is the real story behind the whole incident? We also pay a visit to Nicholas Manousos, who successfully made a working tourbillon using a customized 3D printer. Finally, we chat with the great Walter Lange as he celebrates his 90th birthday to find out more about the beginnings and the future of one of the greatest institutions in German watchmaking, A. Lange & S?hne.1. How And Why Rolex Prices Have Increased Over TimeR
Hey everyone,I saw on Patek's website they offer several books. 2 in particular look very interesting, "Patek Philippe Wristwatches" and "Patek Philippe in America". The Patek Philippe Wristwatches contains reference to over 400 watches & details for each. Patel Philippe in America contains over 500 Patek advertisements, images & drawings. Both sound very interesting. Anyone have any experience or opinion on these reference books? If not these, any other book that you use for Patek reference?I'd love to hear what you use to do your Patek research...

I will be having a holiday in Geneva end July. I am wondering if this boutique is worth a visit. This is one of the three exclusive Patek boutiques in the world run directly by Patek themselves. How is the service there and do they have a more complete range for browsing compared to the usual PP ADs? Is prior appointment required or I can just walk in? If you have been there before, please share your experience. Thanks.
