Breitling a2536513/g675-ss wrist watches news:
L¨¹m-Tec?has put a page up on their website showing off the new models they have coming for 2013, and there are some very cool looking watches coming down the pike.First off is the very cool no-nonsense Abyss 600M. There is a lot to like about the looks of this piece. Large hands, oversized numerals, big crown; it just oozes cool. By the name one can tell the water resistance rating: 600M. The watch clocks in at 48mm with 24mm lugs and is powered by the Citizen Miyota 9015 movement. There are four variations in dials and cases and each is limited to a run of 150. Pre-order price right now is between $675 and $702 depending on the model. These prices will all go up by about $124 when they are generally released. Save some cash and jump on one now.Next up are some new looks for the 300M diver series. There will be two new dial lume colors with each in two sizes, 40mm and the XL 45mm. Each size will have a stainless watch with blue lumed markers and a PVD with orange markers. Any of the fo
Last night I was checking how the mechanicals were doing when I noticed the TT3 had stopped. Must have wound down even though I had worn it the previous day...oh well. Turned the crown to wind it and it felt light...a few more and usually it starts going. Not this time. Rather disappointing but stuff happens. Made note to call Oris for their send in service procedures and I called them this AM. Gal told me that the Hawthorne service center will no longer be the official repair center for Oris as of next Tuesday. After Tuesday check the website for the updated repair center info. UGh...What is going on with Oris USA? Last year they had a similar service center change and repairs were delayed This does not inspire confidence. ??? update about the distribution and servicenationaljewelernetwork.co...etail?id=20204
Just picked this up on eBay, running across it late at night with no bids on it and 3 minutes left. I think this is going to be the watch where I teach myself to restore a watch case, and if I screw it up, I'm only out 10 bucks. But just in case, does anybody know anything about Dwelsa watches? I have found about 4 Google mentions, and three of them refer to the fact that they don't know anything about this watch. The other says the company is either Swiss or American. That helps a real lot....I love the funky engraving on the case, and it's hinged, which for a WW is new, to me, anyway. The hands are mismatched, but I think the dial will look a little better with a cleanup, but not a re-do. Signings on the movement are not very readable, so I'm waiting for the watch to get here. The above photo is borrowed from the seller.Looking at the movement, there doesn't appear to be a cylindrical escapement, so maybe it's fixable? Seller says it "feels wound tight" and won't run. That sounds bad.
Hi all, and happy new year.I want to replace my 233 strap with a steel band, after trying a bunch of leather straps I am realizing that I prefer the feel of steel band, probably from wearing a Rolex for so many years... Any recommendation on well made/ high quality steel band for Panerai?Much appreciated.Cheers.
Hi Paniristi,Is this a Pam and what model?Trying to decipher a Pam from a photo cheers
