Breitling A2636416/BB64-SS wrist watches news:
Hey guys ! ! ! ! !Me and Tiffany drove through the night and got home in 17 hours, 7 minutes.Long drive but not too bad when two people are sharing the work.PICTURES, PICTURES, PICTURES ! ! ! ! ! ! !This is just some of what I scored at the show, WAY too much to take pictures of everything right now. Many of these watches deserve their own threads and they will get them in due time. The full moon from our balcony. The building and the show. The "world famous backpack"Pretty cool random license plate ! ! !1928 - 1929 Hamilton Oval, 17 jewels, sn 2295378, 987 movement, 14k gold filled. As I am not a Hamilton guy any info that you guys can offer on this one would be great!Everything look correct ? ? ?This is THE MOST historically important watch that I have ever seen ! ! ! !1918 Elgin Black "Star Dial" Trench Watch ! ! ! ! !One of the VERY FEW that has survived that was in FACT bought by the United States Army in 1918.100% all original (except for the crystal), you can still see the original b
I'm going to roll with the Crispin today.I need a new pic of this one. It's a gorgeous watch.
Well I've never paid much attention to APs but after we got the AP sub forum here on TRF I've been following closely. I'm head over heels for the AP ROO Chrono ref. 26170ST.OO.1000ST.01. I've looked but not seen as many pics as I would like. Any wrist shots guys? My grails were the WG Sub C or GMTIIC in YG with green dial. I think I'll take the AP over both. I don't want this to turn into a discount or price thread but what should I expect to pay for the watch. I was going to buy another $10k ish watch but I want to hold off for the AP now. It might take a little while to save since I am getting married in 4 months (not paying for wedding but buying my fianc¨¦ a Rolex DJ in gold with diamond bezel.) I would also like some AD references in NJ, Philly, or NY. I would really like to buy from AD since it will be my last big watch purchase for a while. Do AP ADs discount (I know it's prob depending on customer?). I do want it on the bracelet if that matter. Thanks so much for any help you c
Hi all, please do you have any info on when the new Aqua Terra (the ones with new caliber and tech dials) will be available on the market ?I checked on the Omega web site but they are not yet present there ...Ciao and thanks,Engi
Hi everyone - longtime reader, have never registered/posted until now.I own a Rolex 18206, all platinum case/President bracelet/bezel, and have been reading about the solid vs hollow links on here for awhile now.Convinced that the 40mm newer platinum Day Dates would be significantly heavier than mine, I recently visited a Rolex AD and asked to see one - and was stunned when it weighed about the same as my pre-2000 36mm.Most of the posts on here refer to the weight difference in steel and gold bracelets for pre/post 2000 watches but I assume the hollow links issue also applies to the platinum models. I assume the minimal-seeming weight difference is simply because platinum is generally heavier/denser?Lastly, my watch is almost 30 years old and the bracelet will eventually need a tune-up - can anyone speak to Michael Young's experience working on platinum President/other platinum bracelets? Thanks much.
