Omega 231.20.44.50.06.001 wrist watches news:
With this?article, we are launching a new series of articles dedicated to?watch movements. In this irregular series, we will be looking at calibers that we consider to be?historically important, technically challenging and unique, or just quite simply fascinating. Today, we begin with a very close and detailed look at the?movement beating inside?the brand new?MB&F HM6 Space Pirate. We need to point out that in this series, all our attention will be dedicated to the movement (which we will always look at uncased,?and not through a sapphire case back),?and we will?not go into a detailed?discussion related to?the concept behind the watch in question ¨C as you will always be able to (re-)acquaint yourselves with it in our original hands-on articles. Without further ado, let's dive head first into the amazing world of MB&F movements and, more specifically, that of the MB&F HM6 Space Pirate. It is a?lesser known fact that inside every MB&F Horological Machine there is a bespoke
I received my very first Omega on Wednesday and I have to say I'm very pleased with the way it looks, feels, etc. I have promised pictures but I haven't had a chance yet - hope to post soon.In any case, I am concerned about a couple of things (By the way, this is the Speedmaster 3573.50):1 - After watching a couple of videos and seeing some pictures, it seems that people receive the watch with three cards on the card holder. Mine only came with two (pictograms and international warranty). Which am I missing? Is this a big deal? I bought it from an AD, so maybe I am just over thinking this.2- This is the more concerning problem - the watch is running fast. In fact it's running about 1 sec faster per hour. This being my first manual-winding watch, I don't know if I am doing something wrong and I am unaware of it. I have been winding the watch every morning until I feel a bit of tension on the crown. What should I do about this? Should I return and ask for a new watch? Should I get it ser
I know, it isn't right I have a BNIB Hamilton that I ordered from an online AD and received about mid December. Why I haven't I peeled the stickers off and worn it yet? Well, I'm waiting for the total on something unexpected that came up after I ordered it. No problems as I have until the 25th of this month to send it back for a full refund. But I really like this one and hope I can keep it. Any guesses :D
My 15400 AP - sometimes the date has half turned over, instead of completely.I don't always put it on the winder at night - thinking this may be due to the power reserve running low? (It only happens sometimes)Thoughts?
Im flying to NYC this week, but I dont have time to order/buy online, so I need some suggestions of good ¡°brick and mortar¡± store in the city.Any idea?Enviado do meu iPhone usando Tapatalk
