Breitling A19360 wrist watches news:
Last night in New York City, new TAG Heuer ambassador Tom Brady and CEO Jean-Claude Biver launched the Carrera - Heuer 01. The Carrera - Heuer 01 is a huge achievement for TAG Heuer – an automatic chronograph with a manufacture movement at a very attractive price. I know what you're thinking – not another celebrity brand ambassador, but it turns out Tom Brady is a real watch guy. I spoke with Mr. Brady after the event to learn more. 1 OF 4 I'll be honest, I am not a football fan and I don't know much about Tom Brady's career. None of that mattered though – Mr. Brady is a very friendly guy and is really into watches. It turns out that the first mechanical watch that he bought was a TAG Heuer Carrera, after winning his first Super Bowl in 2002. We took a look at the new Heuer 01 together, and he explained that he appreciates the timeless style of the Carrera, both vintage and modern. When I asked about his watch collection, he laughed and e
Hey,I'm sorry if this has been posted before, but I can't get the search function to work properly on a Linux machines, without hanging the browser. Anyway, ehre goes...I recently learned that EL offers to buy back your watch after 10 years for the price you paid (something which I didn't know at the time I picked it up)I feel this is an excellent offer, which only goes to show that they stand behind the quality of their products and its something that makes the watch much more worthwhile (not that I have any intent of selling it whatsoever). What my question is; that are there any other companies that produce affordable watches, I'm gonna say somewhere around $1000(new or pre-owned), that don't loose their value, or even appreciate in value over time?As I've mentioned in a few posts before, that my next purchase is going to be a Tag F1 chrono, which sells for around $1000 here. I really doubt, that the watch is ever going to be anything close to a good investment. So, if you guys have
I picked this up with a box of lower end watches. Not sure of the value, but it keeps great time and is thicker than my other watches. Any idea if this 2005 model is rare, or sought after... See Submariner comparison picture:
Hi all,When I purchased my Sub ND, decided it was about time to get the Omega serviced; the watch is 15 years old & has only been serviced the once in that time. I have had the following back from Omega via Goldsmiths and was wondering on you opinions to progress:THE WATCH REQUIRES A FULL SERVICE NEW KIT HANDS AND SEALING KIT TO PUT INTO FULL WORKING ORDER £310.00OMEGA HAVE ADVISED THAT THE WATCH HAS PRESENCE OF HEAVY SCRATCHES / IMPACT MARKS, THE CASE BACK IS SCRATCHED, THE CRYSTAL IS LIGHTLY MARKED, THE CROWN IS DAMAGED AND THE BRACELET IT SHOWING SIGNS OF WEAR AND IS SCRATCHED. OPTIONAL WORK: NEW DIAL AS PRESENT ONE IS SCRATCHED / MARKED £105.00It almost doesn't read like my watch! Now I want to get it serviced, as the watch has less than 24hr power reserve & I can hear the weight moving inside as I move it. Should I be looking to get the dial changed (to be honest I have never noticed the dial having a mark.....given it is in a watch, not sure how it can be scr
Finally some sun peeking out so I was able to snap a few shots this morning. Hope you like them.
